How does PriorityLab work?

PriorityLab follows seven steps: set the context, define the challenge question, gather ideas, organize them into themes, evaluate against shared criteria, prioritize by vote, and produce a Decision Brief. The leader frames the work up front, the group contributes, and everyone leaves with the decision and the reasoning recorded.

Who is PriorityLab for?

PriorityLab is built for facilitators and consultants, and simple enough for any leader to run without training. It fits leadership teams, nonprofit boards, HOAs and community associations, and congregations, any group that needs to align diverse perspectives on a clear decision.

How much does PriorityLab cost?

PriorityLab has two plans. Starter is $39 per month, or $29 billed annually, and includes two sessions per month for up to ten participants. Pro is $245 per month, or $195 annually, with unlimited sessions and up to twenty participants. Every plan starts with a free 14-day trial, no credit card required.

Do participants need an account?

No. Only the person running the session needs an account. Participants join by link or QR code and contribute without signing up. Names stay hidden during the session, so ideas are judged on their merit rather than on who offered them.

Yes. Your data is stored securely in Supabase, and payment details never leave Stripe. PriorityLab never sells or shares your data, and every decision is yours to export as an email, PDF, or file.

How we weighed it

The board scored the three themes against impact on families, cost to run, staff capacity, and speed to launch, then voted in two rounds. Direct food access rose to the top: strong impact, quick to start, and the clearest agreement across the group.

Staff and partner leads contributed the ideas from the ground. Seven board members weighed the options and recorded the ranking. The board chair made the final call. Everyone who shaped it can see how it came together.
